With 15 years of experience in government contracting and a 20-year career in the U.S. Air Force, Nicole has worked on some of the most complex contracts in military history. As part of the team overseeing the F-35 program—the largest contract in U.S. Air Force history—she developed a deep understanding of procurement, compliance, and strategy. Holding an unlimited warrant, she brings unparalleled insight into securing government contracts. Now, she’s ushering in a new chapter, helping small businesses navigate and win in the contracting space. When she’s not guiding businesses to success, she’s a wife, a mother of three, and an avid crime show fan. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in Contract Management.

With over 15 years of design experience, Chris is passionate about helping small businesses stand out and thrive in today’s competitive visual world. From branding and rebranding to digital and print design, he equips businesses with the creative assets they need to make a lasting impact. Holding a Bachelor’s in Radio, Television & Film, a Master’s in Ministry Leadership, and a Master’s in Media Design from Full Sail University, Chris blends storytelling, strategy, and design to elevate brands. A husband, father of three, and dedicated baseball fan, he’s committed to bringing creativity and innovation to every project.
